duties of staff?

Hello, I'm just wondering what our exact duties as staff are, and if Zelda has any major plans she'd like US to discuss and what she'd prefer each app has. Just for grading and criteria sake.

Basically just check over any apps and make sure that they meet the word count requirements when approving canons, make sure that their roleplay samples are impressive and give an idea of how the roleplayer will RP as them.

As far as what's allowed for characters, keep in mind that Casters are the only class that are allowed magical weapons to start out with, as well as magical spells. All other classes are allowed abilities and skills, though they can have some sort of "magic" (though it's not really offensive magic or a spell that'd learn out of a book... it's more of a natural ability they have from their blessing). Also remember to QUOTE their abilities/weapon stuff so they can't edit it. Move their accepted stuff to the appropriate accepted forums and give them color.

Make sure that when people apply for certain abilities and weapons, it's suitable for their rank and that their cooldown/duration is appropriate. Cooldowns should be longer than duration periods, by at least one post.

Make sure members are following the rules, and set an example for other members.

If you approve of missions, make sure that they seem appropriate for their rank and what not. If you know how to do points donation stuff and profile editing, then go ahead and give them the Rupees and EXP they earn. If you don't, just let me know and I'll do it.

Are admins going yo access to the admin tools, or just have more power authoritive and acceptance power than Mods? Or is this not a hierarchy. What is my life.

Also, I was wondering if I could add either faction places or race places for accepted characters so they're not all jumbled.

Yes, you're allowed access to the admin panel If you plan on making any drastic changes, just let me know ahead of time so I can give the OK.

The biggest reason I need admins is so that they can add colors to accepted chars, give them rupees when needed, and edit their character sheet/profile stuff.
