Sheikah Training [MISSION]

Description: Zelda will be training her Sheikah form, knowing that she may have to hide in disguise if things take a turn for the worst.

For years, Zelda had been warned that eventually, there may come a time when a disguise was needed. Though after the last cycle of heroes, a time of peace had lasted for four centuries. Many of her advisers had believed that it wouldn't be needed because of this - the legend of the hero seemed to no longer be a history lesson - it was only a mere tale to tell children before they went to sleep at night. Impa had insisted though - she had often insisted because she had lived through the last cycle. Despite this long term era of peace, there was always the doubt in her mind that evil may break free once more.

Zelda had been trained in the art of he Sheikah. And while she had been taught the magic to transform herself, changing the very tone of her skin and the color of her eyes, Zelda still was not sure if she needed to know such a remarkable disguising spell. If the princess could learn how to defend herself, she should be fine, shouldn't she? Still, Impa had insisted on her taking on a Sheikah disguise. It was in the tradition of the royal family to teach the princess such a skillset so that if anything were to ever happen, she would have the ability to roam freely without worry of being kidnapped.

Zelda stood in the center of the large hall, all there being surrounding her were the stone walls and pillars and the stone floors. It was a large chamber for combat practice, though it was only used every so often by the royal family themselves. With the new information she learned, and from what she had heard of Ganondorf's forces... she knew that this disguise was going to be necessary, now more than ever.

Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes, her hands at her sides as she stood incredibly still. Focusing her energy, she moved her hands in a circular motion along the curves of her body. "Transform," she murmured under her breath, as a fog suddenly enveloped her, circling around her as her body then changed itself. Her skin was darkening. Her dress was molding to her body, changing into much more tightened clothing for quicker movement.

Servants, bringing out the dummies for her to practice on had all left in silence as Zelda then looked around... except, no. She wasn't Zelda. Not like this. She was much more than that now. She was a Sheikah. She was Sheik. Keeping composed and incredibly still, Sheik focused her energy. Think of the things you fight for. Think of the people you love. Think of everything you'd lose if you couldn't be strong enough.

Images of her family appeared of in her head. Images of Percy. Micah. All of the friends she had made over the years.

Images of the boy she had met in the courtyard. Images of Link. Her heart filled with a strange knot as she remembered him - something so strange about him - so much potential. He would be a true hero. He was full of so much courage. Her eyes shooting open, she immediately pushed forward, sprinting toward the first dummy as she immediately punched her fist into it's chest, snapping it off of its post as it fell back onto the floor.

Taking a deep breath, she then turned her head toward the next dummy, running toward it as fast as she could as she then jumped forward, landing on her hands as she swung her leg around, smashing into its neck, snapping it. Sinking down to the ground, she dipped back up and wiped the sweat from her brow and closed her eyes. Sheik was getting faster, but not fast enough. She needed to be able to get out of an enemies grip if something were to push forward and attack her.

Sprinting off to the side, Sheik then headed toward another dummy, plunging her fists into its chest as she repetitively pushed it back until it snapped off of its post, hay seeming to fly everywhere as she had broken the surface of the burlap that held the stuffed model together. Taking rapid breaths, she then jumped back, turning herself around to face what was left.

With one last breath and the swipe of moving her hair out of her eyes, Sheik immediately jolted up, jumping as she spun around, her two feet kicking into the last dummy and snapping the post onto the ground. Stomping on its face, which was made of a pumpkin, she smashed it - an instant kill. Triumphant in that last move, Sheik smirked as she looked around at what she had accomplished.

Walking toward the center of the room again, she stopped and closed her eyes, focusing herself again. This was good practice for the day, though she'd have to practice with Impa soon eventually. Moving her hands in a circular motion once more, she murmured to transform once more, immediately changing back into her normal princess attire - her skin lightening and her eyes turning crystal blue again. She started to walk out of the room silently, taking a deep breath as she pushed her hair out of her eyes.
