Le shark's mission.

Dray woke up to the dawn of another bright new morning. It was a pleasant day and the temperature was cool beneath the zora seas. Dray exhaled as some bubbles formed in the air. Stylishly, he poked them as they made a popping sound. He was young but he was not to be understimated. He was next in line for the royal throne of the zora king. It would soon fall upon him to lead the zora race and conquer. That was how it happened, the throne was given from one king to another upon their demise but still, the people of the zora race had a way of knowing their chosen one. The one who would lead them to victory and bring them peace and this time around, the destiny of the zora race had fallen unto dray's shoulders. He had no other option than to accept it. Whoever was chosen was chosen. There was no going back to it. All that is left for dray is to prove worthy and that would be all there is to it.

He sat up in bed and looked at nothingness. At first, he did not believe it when the news was broken to him that he would soon become the leader of the zora race. It was an unexpected event. It came as a shock as he still had a hard time believing it but it's too true to be doubted therefore, just like he had always done, he continued improving himself.
He had been given a mission the previous night. A mission that was to be carried out today. The mission was given to him verbally and it was also given to him by the animal care unit of the zora race. They zoras were human like creatures that inhabited the waters and as such, they live together with all sorts of animals that live beneath the water so a group had been formed to take care and ensure the continuous existence of said animals.
Dray was to go in search of a large blue shark. He was told that while the shark was trying to feed, it seemed to have gotten something between it's teeth that is now causing extreme pain to it. Dray was told that they- the animal care unit had tried to help but the shark would not let anyone come near so as he was a daring young man even with the moniker of "shark fin", they hoped he would help the poor little creature.

He went over the mission again and he was sure he had gotten the information needed. Apart from the fact that he was helping a little creature though sharks aren't that little, he was getting paid for his services and he was building up his image as the next leader of the zora race.
Dray freshened up as he slipped into some fitted clothes though he was still free with them as He headed out for a mission. Upon getting outside of his home, he looked up to what was above. Small glows of the sun could be seen from the depths of the water. Without another thought, dray swam away. He knew where the shark would be. With the description of the animal care unit, if he tried to guess, the naughty shark was "appa". One of the many numerous seas animals that dray had become very familiar with. It was a naughty shark that loved eating almost anything it sees probably with the belief that his shark teeth could skewer anything.

Dray got to the location and what he saw first was a pale blue tail laying down helplessly. The tail did not move definetly because the owner was too tied to move it. Dray approached the tail more carefully so as not to get into any trouble with other larger and wicked sharks. He wanted to be sure it was appa and as he moved closer, he saw a thunder bolt scare at the side of the shark's fin and dray was sure it was appa.... "Atta boy.." Dray would clap his hands some few inches away from the sad shark to draw it's attention. The pale blue shark would only look and dray and turn to lay on the sea floor as it was before showing that it probably was not in the mood for such jokes. Dray would clap some more but no response would be received after which he would sigh and slowly swim to the side of the large shark. Dray would pat the shark's head slowly as he would run his palm down it's skin. He would bring back his hand to rest on the shark nose as he would rub it slowly and carefully, dray would open wide the shark's mouth to see the cause of it's pain.

The shark would slowly look at dray while refusing to open it's mouth. Dray and appa were friend but predators are always predators. They always had their kill instincts even though the instincts were somehow suppressed as the instincts can hardly be eradicated. Once they feel a trigger, they come back to their natural senses. Dray continued rubbing the pale blue shark's nose more softly and finally, the mouth was opened. The interiors of the shark's mouth was awesome. It suprised dray though he kept calm as he was literally in front of this said mouth. He withdraw a torch light from his pocket and flashed the light on the shark's teeth. He moved it here and there trying to find what was stuck and at the same time, he was observing ths structure of the teeth of a shark. The shark seemed to be getting impatient as dray noticed after which he sped up his search and left things such as the observation he was doing for a more later and lucky time.

"There.. Found it.." Dray would say as he would stretch his hand to feel and remove the item. He tugged on it but the item looked too stuck to be remove easily. For this known reason, dray had brought along with him some pincer like tool and retrieving it from his pocket, he hooked it unto the object and with a simple pull, the object which appeared to be an unsual type of sea stone was out. The shark closed it's mouth and jameed it together to check. He was happy to be free and energentic.
