Aberham crandished his sword while standing in the middle of the village.

He had had it with this guy! It was time to put him down once and for all. Aberham did not have experience fighting men of equal caliber to him. His foe held no weapon, truly he would be an excellent mage! Worthy of his time, he had been strengthening his adrenal glands for just this occasion. It was time for him to make his name not only as a slayer of dragons, monsters, other knights, and skeletons, but of equals. He stood with his sword and shield drawn at high noon. Waiting for his foe to come, Cassidy... he had heard nothing about that person. He stood on the stone road, he had chosen this place to fight so the ground would not give out underneath him. It would be hard for any parlor tricks to slip him up this time! His horse was waiting a short distance away, with his lance. He preferred to fight sword and shield against single opponents. And his horse had come to watch him. A small crowd had come to watch the fight. He saw his foe show up to the battlefield.

"Well look who finally decided to show up. You know the rules, no running. We fight until one of us either concedes or dies."

The incredible duel (No escape) Empty Re: The incredible duel (No escape)

Unfortunately for his opponent, the man he thought was Cassidy wasn't actually Cassidy. It was simply a boy dressed in a jester's costume, who would quickly fix the mistake. After all, to the boy, this man was very scary.. it looked like he was ready to end his life in a second.

"N-No sir...I'm just a kid who likes clowns!"

Nearly about to piss his pants, the kid scampered off into the crowd, who wanted to see the fight that was about to occur. Cassidy was among one of those in the crowd, however he was not in his opponent's line of sight. Ten meters behind him with a group of adults and children that didn't want to stay too close to the action, he was dressed in his usual jester outfit, he was ready to end the battle and take all of his loot selling it and making a neat profit.

The clown pointed his finger at Aberham's neck, forming his most deadly move. Four saws made of wind, each about half a foot flew at a high speed, each with the capacity to tear through limbs like a knife would go through a stick of butter. One saw was aimed at the horse's legs. If nothing stopped it, the horse would most likely be dead from blood loss with two out of four of its legs being gone. His shot was clear, and it looked like he would take this fairly easily in the next few minutes. The talking of the crowd would completely mask the minuscule noise that was produced from each of his wind saws. It was a simple, quick first move, but it would be very effective. Perhaps his foe would still be alive, as the armor looked particularly sturdy.

The crowd did not know who fired the attacks, not expecting a kid to do this. Cassidy made his way behind the legs of an adult, making sure to watch Aberham in case an attack was made. This adult looked nothing like Cassidy. Hiding behind the adults legs was rather easy because of his childlike stature. He peered through, watching Aberham carefully. What would his opponent do next?

The saw ripped through Joey the warhorse. It had the intended effect of sawing one of it's legs off, the horse cried out and fell down. The warhorse was dieing, it would clearly not be able to survive this. It was loosing blood at a rapid rate, and it's thrashing about on the stone path only increased the speed as it slowly began to stop moving.

The attack was much less effective on Aberham however. The blades slammed into his armor one after the other. The first one hit him on the dragon scale armor that went up to his neck and caused him to start falling. Another clanged off his head, it really hurt. One hit his shoulder plate and bounced away and another hit his back and made him fall forward. He recovered quickly, his back hurting from the severe attack. He turned around, glanced at his horse for a fraction of a second then looked back at the only place where the blades could have came from. His eyes were closing in on his opponent, and the crowd was panicked. His foe had no honor, her deserved to die not like a man on the field of battle, but like a dog being put out of his misery.

So he took a step forward, shield raised. Then he took another step towards him. He would not charge in like an idiot. At this pace he could defend from all manor of attacks. He was even ready to start using his concentration training if he had to do so. "Clear the way, you cowards!"

His aim was a bit off, which was possibly the cause of his opponent not dying. It annoyed Cassidy that his aim was a little off, but he couldn't do anything other then prepare ahead. As the man fell from one of the wind saws, at the same time Cassidy activated his power of intangibility. It would have been much easier to walk forward and teleport to finish him off, but it would be more fun to troll the fuck out of him. Plus, his strongest move was on downtime. He needed to stall until it came back off of downtime, or until he got a clear shot with his water arrow. His opponent took a few steps forward, but he knew that this was all useless. No matter what attack it was, it simply wouldn't harm him. In this state, he was impervious to all attacks, but couldn't use any spells as a drawback. He hadn't quite perfected the move, after all, but it was still extremely useful.

"Hey, HEY, HEY! You gonna sell that weak ass horse to the glue factory? I mean, I use glue all the time in my daily life and since it's already dead..eh. Damn, I've had better jokes. Must be running out of steam these days...BAHA!"

Cassidy was sizing his opponent, looking for any openings. This fight would be testing his abilities to stall...while he did want to torture this man, it simply wasn't an option. He could at least be happy with the fact that he would gain the renown he lost once he turned into a child.

"Really though, could you at least try harder? Your weakness is annoying me..I could end you right now if I wanted you! But it's definitely more fun this way...it's kind of like a cat playing with a mouse."

Aberham stiffened out a stiff part of his neck with a crack.

He walked over to a nearby building and put his arm on it. Holding himself up. He looked at Cassidy in front of him. So this was the bastard that just killed his horse. "Pftt, drag him off yourself. He was a tough bastard and would make glue stronger than those chicken shit pussy ass blades you just called up. I've made stronger than that and I'd wager your no even a knight. Fuck! Wager, you're a five year old. The arse hole who hyped you up must have been sipping scotch. I think I had some candy in his saddlebags if your hungry kid. Oh wait, you would need help fucking lifting him off the ground to get the the sweets wouldn't you you prick. I'd wager that spell is going on cool down for a sweet long time isn't it? Don't got anything else in your bag of tricks to even touch me don't you?"

Abe was not intimidated by this boy in front of him. He slid his shield off his arm and secured it to his upper back, completely covering the weakness in his armor. He held his sword in two hands like an excellent fighter and approached the boy, a building less than a foot to his right side. He took a swipe with his sword at the untouchable kid. It was a slash going from his right side to his left.

He ignored his opponent's vulgar rant, only focusing on how badly he wanted to kill the man, looking for any openings to end him. Of course, he found many, and was ready to kill him. The man seemed smart enough to cover his back with the shield, however it left his head exposed. Perhaps when his wind saw would come off of cooldown. The water arrow would be enough to kill him, all he needed to do was get behind him in the midst of an attack. This opportunity came much sooner then expected, for which Cassidy was glad. He would piss on his idiotic opponent's rotting corpse once this was all over with...didn't this man work with Ganondorf? He wasn't too sure about that, but the rumors of the monster's army popping back up...Cassidy didn't like it at all. After he was done messing with the corpse, he would need to destroy this army. They would obviously interfere with his plans to destroy the planet.

The attack harmlessly passed through Cassidy. He was kind of bored, but soon he would have to disappear. After all, he needed a bit more space to make sure this man wasn't constantly on his back. As soon as the attack finished passing through Cassidy, at full speed, he would run through his opponent, phasing through him. However, due to the length of his opponent's blade it would find itself about to be lodged into a stone wall, as there was a building adjacent to the one a foot away from Cassidy, allowing even more time for the clown to make the distance between the two even further. Already, Cassidy was about ten meters away from his opponent, and that's when he stopped. He could feel that his wind saws were almost ready to activate. Once that would happen, it would be a rather easy victory for the clown. He hoped that this man packed quite the amount of money on him, but Cassidy could infer that this was the case due to the quality of armor the man was wearing. Then, he would simply wait, analyzing every move his opponent did once more.

Aberhams sword clanged off the stone wall.

It was a good thing he had gone for a testing strike rather than a serious one because he could have seriously damaged his sword he realized. He felt nothing when the boy ran through him, even though he might of been expecting a chill or a shudder he did not get anything. He knew the boy was not an illusion because he could see through illusion. So the brat must have used a spell to become untouchable.

He had an idea of how to beat him. You see, Abe had read up on his magic. And he had an idea of what would happen if he became touchable in a liquid. He flung open the door of the nearby building and slammed it shut behind him. It lead him to an inn with a few people around. He had his sword in one hand and he strode over to a huge as keg that was ten feet tall and a part of the wall. He poured himself a mug and waited for the brat to come in. His sword was ready just in case. He sipped the beer, it was not the best alcohol he had had. But it would serve his perpouses. There were about sixteen people in the crowded room.

Aberham slammed down his mug.

He had not waited for his opponent long at all. Barely a single second he stood still. He strode around the huge keg and walked out of the back exit. He was thinking quickly and he was thinking tactically. His opponent had struck from a direction where he could not possibly defend from. He would take a page from his opponents book. He peeked around a corner and saw his opponent. He was facing ten meters away from him and the young boy had his back to Aberham. He flooded his system with adrenalin with great focus he aimed carefully for a moment before he fired off a magical throwing ax. Like his foes wind blades it moved at a similar speed, it made not a single sound as it was magically summoned and it flew directly for the small of the young boys back. It was a weighty double sided weapon that had killed greater men than him.

Meanwhile a horse named Joey finally bled out and died of shock on he ground. It's legs were just infront of it and it laid in a huge pool of blood. The cut was so clean it did not even feel pain. Just the cold embrace of death. He had failed his master, but he hoped that he might make it up to him. Perhaps in another life....

The ax hit it's mark.

Of course it did, how could it have not? Aberham had the mental capacity to outsmart a eight year old child. So much for fighting an equal, it had devolved before it had even started into a battle of magic, trickery and backstabs. Right after it struck home Aberham broke his cover and sprinted to the red head. He grabbed him by the back of the neck, ripped the ax right out of his spine then held him up. He was one deformed Zora, white face, red hair, red lips. He was frankly gross to look at this close up.

He slammed the ax into the boys chest and pulled it out again, this time throwing it to the side where it would soon vanish. He still had the boy in his left hand. He threw him on the ground and started punching him in the face with his armored fists. With the enchantment on his armor his strength was pushed near the very limits of human ability. He did not stop when the kids face turned blue all over, he did not stop when his armored fists began to draw blood, and he did not stop until he was punching a white face that was stained pure Crimson with the blood of a Zora.

Aberham stood up and looked down at his handiwork, before he brought his foot up into the air then slammed his armored boot right on his face. It burst like a watermelon and blood went out like a shotgun away from him. A few people watch horrified as he stripped the boys corpse of all valuables, including an amulet that he tore right from the kids hand. Could this have been the reason he was able to become untouchable? He pocketed it, he would have to clean it later and study it for his own use.

He walked out of town painfully, God damn he would miss his horse. But he had served him well and was in the heavens now. Among the three goddesses. Far away from whatever stygian pit that clown would end up in. He would have to get his armor repaired and cleaned. But perhaps the death of his horse was a sign from the gods that it was time for him to upgrade to better mount. He would burn an offering for his steed tonight, but speaking of burning perhaps he should converse with his friend Dracul and see about practicing his riding.....

OOC: Alright, Cassidy is dead, so Aberham gets all of his rupees and any items on him. Cassidy is being archived, but can be revived by buying a resurrection in the shop for 6 million rupees anytime you get that much.
