The six spells of the water sage
Name: Water manipulation
Rank: Amateur
Description: The water sage can manipulate water, she can create small waves on beeches to knock people over, make currents to help her swim faster, and whirlpools in deep water to drown her enemy's. Though the later is very difficult and if an oc fights against it she will find it very hard to kill anyone with this ability.
Duration and cooldown: N/A
Strengths: Control of water in all forms. Weather she generates it or it is part of a spell, can manipulate foes water based attacks to miss.
Weakness: Nonlethal.
Name: Water blades
Rank: Amateur
Description: Agnes sharpens water into a razor sharp blade then hurls it at her opponents at top speed. It can slice through limbs, but if it hits the chest it will not slice through the torso. She uses water to cast it and it works underwater.
Duration and cooldown: One per post, needs water.
Strengths: Slice better than an amateur sword.
Weakness: Poor aim at the limits of it's range.
Name: Water bombs
Rank: Amateur
Description: Agnes condenses water into a tight little ball and charges it with magic until it explodes. It is capable of stunning a fellow Amateur but more powerfull characters can power through it. It can knock someone on the ground.
Duration and cooldown: One per post
Strengths: Good for keeping melee classes at bay.
Weakness: Not liable to stun them twice.
Name: Water shield
Rank: Amateur
Description: Bring water up next to you to harden and defend you. It can block basic strikes and a decent amount of force without breaking.
Duration and cooldown: One post duration, one post cooldown, only available with water.
Strengths: A great one shot defense as a last resort, can be cast onto anyone standing near water up to twenty feet away.
Weakness: Can break under high stress and advanced blows.
Name: Water healing
Rank: Amateur
Description: Agnes focuses the healing power of water into someone and can heal them on contact with her hands. Can repair sword gashes, (small ones) 1st to second degree burns, minor bruising, (not major blunt force trauma.) and any number of manageable injury's as well as quell amateur poison if used for two posts.
Duration and cooldown One use per thread.
Strengths: Good for a quick, minor heal.
Weakness: Cannot use other ability's while healing.
Name: Ice bolt
Rank: Amateur
Description: Agnes launches a ball of icy energy. It can encase people limbs in ice or even their heads if aimed properly. More effective if they are wet.
Duration and cooldown: One use per post.
Strengths: Good for freezing the tips of swords before they stab you, can freeze someones feet and run for an easy escape.
Weakness: Can probably be broken by a solid amateur strike the ice is not rock hard.

Water healing should be more like 1 use per thread or something more than that
