Agnes is a very responsible young woman, but she likes to have fun as well. Agnes is very friendly and good at making new friends and persuading people to do what she wants. She does not like to be insulted or identified as an object or called intelligent. She had to work very hard to become a caster, even if her natural talent as a sage helped things along. History: Agnes was born the very first daughter in a family of dirt farmers in hyrule. Yes, she was the older sister of Aberham. At a young age she was very different from any other child in the family. The difference was, that despite her entire family having brown hair. As hers grew longer and developed it turned out that it was naturally blue. Having such a hair color naturally meant you either had a VERY peculiar glandular disorder or you had a high magical affinity at a young age.

She could not do much for her parents on the farm but they bore many strong sons so that was never an issue. Ever since she was a little girl she would go with her father after every harvest year to go to market and sell their fine dirt. At first other peaple would laugh at her and when she was young she mostly made money by her cuteness increasing sales and whenever she sold a bag she would usually give bad change. But once she hit puberty she became a ruthless negotiator.

When she was a young girl she was very interested in learning. Every Thursday he begged his father to take her to school and sometimes her brothers would come along when he made them. She loved learning about... Everything! She was a born scholar and her brothers would mock and tease her for always raising her hand first, usually before the teacher had even finished the question.

She inquired with the lady at the end of each school day about any books she could use to supplement her learning. Once a month, she would go down to the library and borrow at least fourteen books. She vary rarely did not finish even a single one of them. Her favorite topic was magic theory, by reading on the various elements of magic, she realized she was an uncannily good candidate for the water sage!

When she was of age to leave her home she decided to go to a far away college that was famous for it's coerces available to casters. If you wanted a top quality education, that was the place to get one. She studied for five years and her first one was the hardest because she was battered with dozens of tests to attain a full scholarship. But she had gained so much knowledge that she was able to pass all of these tests and finish at the top of her classes.

She specialized in water magic because that kind of elemental sorcery came naturally to her. Then she got a room in an inn at Castle Town and resolved to continue her study's and become the best caster who ever lived!

Agnes was constructing a basic water staff.

Creating magical items was not easy, and that was exactly why she was doing it. She needed to pass a final examination to graduate from this school, and the classes she had taken on elemental magics and magic theory had only prepared her for this moment. She knew that there would be more challenges down the road, that this was just the first step. But still, making this thing was hard!

First she had to dump a great sum of money into a magical specialty shop to buy it, spending all this money on a final exam project would have been flat out unacceptable for her. But this would be an invaluable tool for a lifetime of casting, so it was really an investment. Next she had to hunt down the perfect piece of wood. She walked onto the beech of lake Hyrule, with a saw in hand. It was said that at the very bottom of certain lakes, and this one was known for them. That there were underwater tree's with very particular property's when it came to manipulating magic, it would aid her in the process much more than something made of pine or oak.

There was no need for a swimming suit, her usual attire was completely waterproof. She walked by another young woman who was about to go for a swim, she looked nice in her bathing suit. Agnes said "Hey." Then shot her a wink before she strode ankle deep into the water. Quickly the water rose to her knee's then to her waist and once it reached her chest she began swimming forward, gunning right for the middle of the lake.

Many large waves wanted no more than to see her loose her stamina and drown. She was forced underwater many times, but her blessing of waters flow, and well timed planning of the natural tide gave her the strength to make it to the middle with a lightweight saw in hand. She took a deep breath and dove down into the deep water. All the noise of the lake silenced itself above her as she descended, she passed by all manor of healthy fish and trout. Until she was nearing the bottom, even going halfway would be an amazing feat for a professional swimmer, but for someone with her gifts it was doable. She managed to spot the shape of a tree underwater, could this be what she was looking for?

It was about thirteen feet tall and she latched onto a thick branch and started sawing away as fast as she could. She would run out of breath soon, she had to hurry! Her lungs cried out of air, she had made it halfway through but she would simply run out of stamina before she finished. She went over a mental incantation for a spell and a tiny blade of water formed and sliced open the rest of the branch!

She rode the log up and gasped for breath once she reached the top. She prepared for waves to hit her on all sides and finish her off but the water seemed calmer here, could it be because the sage of the water had willed it so? Regardless, her strong swimming legs took her back onto shore with her new cargo in tow, she stepped out of the water with the silvery brown log over her shoulder. She looked and smiled on the woman she passed earlier, who was now sunbathing.

The next part would be easy, she purchased a chunk of raw, pure silver and paid a blacksmith to forge it into just the right shape. Silver was not used as currency in any of the surrounding kingdoms, so it was not very sought after. She gave him a detailed document on the shape she needed it and a few hours later, voila. She had all of the materials she would need.

She had filed away the wood and worked it into the perfect shape, she had physically attached the wooden shaft to the silver tip and she had placed she magical crystal right in between an open space on the silver tip. It was not attached to something and it did not need to. Because she was about to secure it with something that only a caster could do. An enchantment.

She had it on the table of her small dorm, it was facing right out the window of the tall building they were occupying. He clasped her hands together and her hair started to flow in graceful arks as she gathered magical power. A blue orb of power formed in her hands, she filled it with the elemental power of water and the purest, greatest wishes for safety and internal strength she could muster. The power orb grew larger and trails of blue energy flowed like eight different streams into the gem. The gem glowed brighter and brighter until the orb was entirely gone. There was a flash of blinding light and...

She picked up the rod, the tip of it containing a cool ball of condensed magic held in place by a magical stone. It would be perfect, capable of generating great amounts of water from nothing but willpower from the caster. Just wait until she mailed home about this!
