That's a pretty nifty weapon, however, you won't be able to use it until you promote your rank ... Unless you're willing to dumb it down to Amateur.

Are you sure you want this? I can give you a pass but you won't be able to use it at all.

I know I probably shouldn't post in here but could you explain exactly how the weapon appears in your hands? You said it uses an illusion to make it seem like it melts into water, but what is actually happening outside of the illusion? Also, Kisame using Hidan's weapon? Awesome.

Am fine with it @master.
Perhaps, I shouldn't make it more of an ability cos I simply tug unto the rope to withdraw it so if it's stuck into whatever, it simply finds it's way back to me after the tug so the ability.. For instance, if the weapon was stuck in a boulder beside an opponent, it would appear as if the weapon melted while in reality, after the tug, it withdraw back to me unhindered. You get? The illusion is the opponent wouldn't see it's movement as it would happen instanteneously.

Let me jump into this conversation by saying that a person's starting weapon may only be the rank they are. If you want a master weapon then you must buy it. Also, anyone can use any rank of equipment @Ztaroque.

That....doesn't sound right. Have you confirmed this with Zelda?

Considering Zelda directly approved an amateur-ranked person upgrading a sword to experienced-ranked, that speaks for itself.

The person asking seems to be the head admin, mind you.

As discussed in the chatbox, you cannot star out with a weapon that is higher than your rank. You have to upgrade it.

This weapon needs at least 1 strength and 1 weakness.
